Return Policy

CRESCITAFLORENST LTD respects the rights of EU consumers and has formulated this Return and Exchange Policy in strict accordance with relevant EU regulations. This policy applies to all sleepwear products purchased from us by EU customers and is designed to protect your legal rights during the shopping process and ensure fair, transparent, and satisfactory transactions.

Return Conditions

Statutory Right of Return: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return your sleepwear for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Returns must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and labels intact and the original packaging included.

Returns Due to Quality Issues: If the sleepwear you received has a quality defect, such as damage, significant color discrepancy, or poor workmanship that affects normal wear, you may return it regardless of whether you have returned it within the 14-day cooling-off period. We cover the return shipping costs for returns due to quality issues.​
Return Process

Initiating a Return: Please contact us within the eligible return period by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "EU Return Request - [your order number]." Please include your name, order number, product details, and the reason for your return (if exercising your statutory right of return, a detailed reason is not required).

Obtaining a Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will verify and respond to you within 48 hours, providing you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Returning Products: You must properly package the returned product in its original packaging or suitable packaging, clearly marking the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Use a reliable shipping service for return shipping. We recommend retaining the shipping tracking number and related receipts to track the shipping status.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return requirements, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, generally within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the payment account used to pay for the order, such as a credit card, debit card, or third-party payment account. The exact time it takes for your funds to arrive depends on the processing speed of your payment provider. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a refund fee may be incurred, which we will cover.

Exchange Requirements

Size or Style Issues: If the pajamas you received are not the correct size or style you selected when placing your order, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is new, unused, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, and in good packaging.

Exchanges Due to Quality Issues: Similar to the definition of quality issues in the Return Policy, you may request an exchange at any time for a product with a quality issue. We will exchange it for a non-defective product of the same style. If the same style is unavailable, we can negotiate an exchange for another style.

Exchange Process

Submitting a request: Similar to a return request, initiate the request via email to [email protected] with the subject line "EU Exchange Request - [your order number]." Include your name, order number, product details, reason for exchange (specify whether it's a size, style, or quality issue), and the size or style you wish to exchange.​
Exchange Confirmation: Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm stock availability and exchange details. If the product is in stock, we will provide you with exchange authorization and a return address. If the product is out of stock, we will discuss a solution with you, such as waiting for restock or exchanging it for a different style.

Return and Shipping: After you return the original product as requested, we will arrange for a replacement product that meets your needs as soon as possible. Shipping is generally completed within 7 business days of confirmation of return receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for exchanges due to size or style issues. Return shipping costs are covered by us for quality issues.
